Neapolitan Sfogliatella

Famous worldwide for the fragrance with which the pastry embraces the filling of ricotta cheese and semolina.

Neapolitan frolla

An alternative to the 'sfogliatella riccia,' characterized by a very crunchy shell, it has a softer and simpler composition.

Lobster tail
